USAGE: Hot cocoa, sauces, frostings, and even brownies and sponge cakes. Dutch-process cocoa powder is neutral. Because it is neutral, it does not react with baking soda.

REVIEWER: The other reviewers are right on the money with this one. The chocolate is delicious - it's a very deep, rich, finely ground chocolate. Compared to other chocolate powders, you'll probably need to add a lot less of this one to get the taste. I love it, but if you prefer lighter chocolate this might not be your thing. If you add too much, it can get bitter and chalky quickly, so use a light hand. If you really love the taste of chocolate, then you'll like this.
