Description
A traditional oriental mix based on turmeric, coriander and cumin, which is characterised by a sweetly spicy taste and notably yellow colour. The lightly sweet taste of clove and nutmeg is complimented by refreshing ginger and piquant chilli, and the colour is given by turmeric. It flavours stewed poultry, pork, veal or lamb dishes, creamy sauces and soups. It will also nicely lend its distinctive colour and spicy taste to rice or leguminous vegetables.
