- Preparation for: 250 g minced veal, pork or poultry meat and 150 g mushrooms (fresh or canned): 1) Saut the minced meat in 2 tablespoons of hot oil (e.g. Mazola) over a high heat. Remove and keep warm 2) Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices (or drain them) and fry them briefly in dripping. 3) Add 250 ml cold water and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped meat and let it heat up in the sauce.
