Schwartz was established in 1889 by William Schwartz, the company sold herbs and spices, being the first in Canada to sell pure spice. It became a huge hit selling to over fifty countries by the 1930's.Schwartz is still as passionate about herbs and spices as it was back then. Only different now is that the company make a huge variety, so no matter the recipe there's always something from Schwartz to accommodate it.Italian seasoning is a blend of herbs with garlic and pepper. It can be used to give characteristic flavour to Mediterranean cooking.
